If you're looking for a non-diet community and connection - we'd love for you to join Murray Nutrition's new Dinner Club!! Each week we will dine out at a local restaurant. Dinner Club is perfect for those far along in recovery, but still needing support with exposure to fear foods, social eating, and spontaneity with food.
We ask for you to commit to the first two dinner clubs and then at least 2 per month to promote camaraderie, trust, and congruency in the group! If this commitment may prevent you from joining, please let us know and we can make something work!

This group is back by popular demand! Join me (Emily) and Caroline as we demystify body image healing in a way that’s digestible, actionable, and rooted in self-compassion. One of the most powerful elements of this group is the peer connection piece, which we believe is vital in the healing process. The group is intentionally capped at a small number to facilitate group sharing and connectedness.
Beginning August 31, 2023; weekly for 6 weeks

This is a new group offering, facilitated by Emily Sanders, designed to facilitate sharing, learning, and connection amongst adults with ARFID! The group format will offer time to process experiences, learn new tools or skills, and develop ideas of how to approach meals and snacks. Participants can be individuals who are newly diagnosed and on a learning curve or individuals who have been working on this for years. Ideally, participants will be eager to learn, engage, and ready to implement new skills on a day-to-day basis outside of the group.
Beginning September 7, 2023
